Support Coordination

The introduction of the NDIS means that participants will be in charge of understanding their own NDIS Plan. This includes understanding its budgets, their allocations and purchasing their own supports and services.

For many people, this new process is overwhelming so the NDIA provides some participants with support coordination funding. Support Coordination funding pays for registered providers to help you manage your plan, its budgets and connect you to the supports and services you need to reach your goals.

If you are looking for Support Coordination services, then contact us to help you. Our coordinators work creatively to help you decide how to best utilize your budgets and achieve your goals.
